José Sánchez Aranda, S. L. offers a wide range of products which include paprika, steam treated paprika or ETO, flakes of paprika, oleoresin, rosemary, thyme and other spices also fruits and vegetables. Since 1945 Fenix Spices have accumulated valuable experience, which ensures the best quality of our products and that has earned us the trust of our customers. For this reason we are fully trained to offer our customers at all times, solutions to suit your needs fully to the demands of the market. We have a modern laboratory to perform quality control of our products. In these quality checks are performed physicochemical analysis, as determination of mycotoxins (aflatoxins and ochratoxin), sudans and capsaicin. Microbiological analysis was also performed, as Salmonella, E. coli, Bacillus cereus, molds and yeasts, etc. Our company has its own plantations, so that we are able to ensure the traceability of our products from the crop. Since 2004 our company has ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and are members of ESA (European Spice Association)
