Corporate Headquarters - Fiber Instrument Sales is headquartered at the Fiber Optic Research Park in the town of Oriskany in Central New York State. FIS facilities consist of over 90,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehouse, R&D, and administrative office space.

Rentals and Pre-owned Equipment Sales - FIS has a wide selection of fiber optic test equipment for rent, OTDRs, fusion splicers and other fiber optic equipment. Refurbished pre-owned equipment is available through its "New 2 You" Program.

Security Products - FIS has a Security Division that markets a diverse line of fiber optic and copper security systems and products suited to a wide range of applications. These include security cameras, alarm panels and detectors, CCTV systems and equipment, and more.

Security products include FIS' innovative Fiber Fence Perimeter Monitoring System. Fiber Fence provides effective, low cost protection for perimeters such as those around power plants, factories, water reservoirs, airports, military bases and more.

Custom Manufacturing - FIS offers custom terminations, cut and coil cable service, custom ferrule drilling and much more. FIS can design and manufacture injection-molded products to customer specifications.

Shipping - FIS maintains one of the largest fiber optic inventories in the industry and provides same-day shipping for most orders. Overnight shipping is available.

Training - Our fiber optic training courses are scheduled at locations around the country as well as at our Brightside training facility in the Adirondacks. Fiber Fence Perimeter Security training is also available. Corporate training is available for groups at the workplace.

Technical Support - FIS has approximately 220 employees including highly trained engineers and technicians. 90% of all employees have completed our comprehensive Fiber Optics I & II training.
