Plastics Development Ltd., U.K., to manufacture FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) pultruded profiles and Access Engineering Products like Gratings, Platforms, Walkways, Structures, Hand Rails, Caged Ladders, Stair Treads and other FRP products like Cable Trays, Extension Ladders, Rebars, etc.

The application of FRP has increased considerably in industry due to some of the following reasons:

FRP is light in weight having superior dimensional stability
Electrically non conductive
Corrosion resistant
Electromagnetic transparency
Fire retardant, Anti-static, etc.
