Filiz Gida  A.S.  is the biggest and main pasta and semolina producer in Turkey . Filiz was established in Bolu in 1977 and it has the principle of quality in production since then.
The importance of quality in Filiz was approved by ISO 9002 certificate in 1994 and ISO 9001:2000 in 2003. FILIZ GIDA SAN VE TIC AS quality is also been confirmed by Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) and Filiz gained the ''Quality Award 2004''

Filiz Food Industry chooses the best quality durum wheat in Turkey. The most quality durum wheat is processed in Filiz food industry by using  high production specifications.

Filiz produces pasta, which doesn't get doughy and sticky. There are various types of pasta produced, totally 19 types in addition to natural vegetable types and whole-wheat types under Filiz brand
