Corporate finance company currently seeking clients requiring: 1. Bank Guarantee 2. Project finance 3. Pre-advise PROOF OF FUNDS / BALANCE SHEET ENHANCEMENT Provider can put cash into a client’s account that they open at either of two TOP banks in EU. Clients can Swift MT799 on amounts at US$100m or above. The cash can be put in as investment or loan. Clients required to sign undertaking not to remove the cash from their account or encumber it and return it automatically at end of period unless paying for extensions. DOCUMENTARY LETTER OF CREDIT Provider can issue DLC as payment for shipping (subject to Bill of Lading etc). Client must evidence ability to pay full amount when payable in 30, 60 or 90 days. 3RD PARTY SBLC / BG Clients seeking to acquire BGs / SBLCs for 3rd parties (client will not be beneficiary) required to provide trading histories and prove creditworthiness to provider&＃039;s appointed credit risk insurers. FEES No upfront fees are required but clients must be able to pay fees as provider never works with those pursuing leverage deals via conditionals such as ICBPO or MT103/23. PROCEDURES Not all transactions are the same so procedures will vary. Provider must be able to identify you clearly & understand what specifically you are seeking so proper estimates and draft contracts can be provided.
