The Flat World Export story began in 2000 when two former college classmates got the bug to start a business about a year after graduating.

Flat World Exports, was initially into designs. We design product for manufacturers, especially apparels and coir products based in India. We have kept our focus on customer satisfaction as we have grown: our order volume has increased by a factor of about 50 since 2001, but our post order feedback surveys show that customer satisfaction rates are even higher now than they were then!


We love it, though our customers always have the last word, and that is how it should be.

In 2003, we look forwarded an opportunity to promote the designed products. Partnering with our manufacturers we started our retailing and supplied these designed products all over our native and now expanded to world market.

We set a long-term goal to provide custom t-shirts for every person in the country. This sort of order volume was almost unimaginable in the early days, but we are getting there... well, about 1% of the way there so far!

And we are continually expanding our services in response to your requests. In addition to screen printing and embroidery for bulk orders, we now offer digital printing services too. We also offer free expert art assistance, design consultations, and a thorough proofing process to ensure that your custom design whether printed on one T Shirt or thousands turns out perfectly!

With increase in the count of heads in the company, we are now engaged in sourcing of all kinds of knitted wear, our products includes T shirts, pique polo shirts, polar fleece jacket, sweat shirts, tank tops, briefs, jogging suits, tight ladies' wears, pants, elastic vests, ladies' underwear, mesh vests, men's shirts, and jackets. We are able to supply 480, 000 T-shirts and 100, 000 sweatshirts monthly, T shirts and pique polo shirts are our best selling items.

Due to our novel designs, high quality standards and competitive prices, our products are popular around the world. Our main overseas markets are in the South American, European, Middle Eastern, Southeast Asian and African regions, Australia, Russia, and USA. The production capability has reached 3, 000, 000 pieces per year. Most of the products are exported to UK, Australia and Srilanka.
