fmg s.n.c. production is mainly concentrated on fittings in stainless steel and specialized in producing fittings, sockets, Nipples and turning works esp. For the automotive industry For producing our goods we use materials of best quality like stainless steel INOX 316 L, 303, 304, bronze, nylon And others.
Our production department dispose of 9 full automatical "Nakamura" CNC turning centers with 4 axis and a bar
Passage with a diameter of up to 71 mm and also a bar pusher with an automatical LNS loading meccanism; 2 CNC-"Leadwell" turning centers and a "Galaxi" turning center for limited lot production.
We also have the working centers "excel CMT 350 T 20" and "Matsura" MC 510 VG, RA 1x and RA 1G.
The quality control will be done by highly qualified staff with enlargers of "Mitutoyo PH 3500", digital "Mauser" grip Systems and "Mitutoyo" profile measuring instruments.
