Forte Makina Ltd produce and export from Turkey the extrusion plants (on base of single or twin screw extruder) for manufacturing plastic PVC wall-panels, profiles, and also for polypropylene, polyethylene, PVC pipes with different diameters and widely application.
We produce:
1. The plant for manufacturing PVC panels panels in width from 100 up to 250 mm on basis of twin-screw extruder 67.
2. The plant for manufacturing PVC accessory forms and deal boards boards in width up to 100 mm on basis of single screw extruder 70.
3. The plant for manufacturing polypropylene water pipes in diameter from 16 up to 63 mm on basis of single screw extruder 70.
4. The plant for manufacturing polypropylene sewer pipes in diameter from 50 up to 160 mm on the basis of single screw extruder 90.
5. The plant for manufacturing polyethylene pipespipes in diameter from 20 up to 110 mm on the basis of single screw extruder 80.
6. The plant for manufacturing PVC sewer pipes in diameter from 50 up to 110 mm on the basis of twin-screw extruder 67.
