With 8 years' experience and advanced skills of 30,000 patterns, Foshan Nanhai Hongrui Aluminum Products Co., Ltd. mainly research and produce architectural extrusions, decoration extrusions, and industrial extrusions. Our professionals specialized in the development, design, drawing, mould manufacture, extrusion, precision machining and surface treatment, have been the production base for electronic parts, machine accessories, sanitary hardware, car fittings, LED heat sinks, doors, windows and curtain walls.

We make from our own raw materials to finished aluminum products, from a circular micro-tube with the diameter of 3mm to a 500mm great tube, from an aluminum special-shaped product with the outer diameter of 5mm to 700mm. We are equipped with the latest technology and machinery including aluminum profile extrusion machines, CNC systems, milling machines, lathes, high speed precision power presses, continuous running punch presses, multistage and special drilling machines, hydraulic straight-line bearing sawing machines, automatic sawing machines, automatic pipe bending machines, hydraulic press machines, welding machines and all of the testing equipment required to support these operations.

Our facilities support surface treatments of brushing, sand blasting, polishing, powder coating, electrophoresis, clear anodized, a variety of bronze anodized shades and black, silver, golden, champagne, red and purple anodized in all thicknesses to suit the application required. Our alloy includes No. 1060, 2011, 2014, 2017, 2024, 3003, 5052, 6011, 6061, 6063, 6082, 7003, 7005 and 7075. Especially No. 6063 or No. 6061 is the principal alloy supplied by clients.
