Foundation Technology Manufacturing Limited was first established in Hong Kong since 1998. In order to more convenient to our customers, we established another company which was founded in Xianlong Xiang Shabu Industial Dalang town, Dongguan City Guangdong Province ，China in 2005. Now our factory moved to No. 1 Beian Ave. , Huangjiang Town, Dongguan in April , 2010. In order to enlarge our manufacturing capability and satisfied for mass production. There are more than 80 employees in our membrane factory and more than 200 employees in our silicone rubber factory. They are all very skilled. And our workers here are very cooperative and it makes our work efficiently. Our main products are: membrane switches / membrane circuit / membrane panel / graphic overlay / silicone rubber keypads / rubber products and IML. We have the experience in manufacturing over 10 years. Also we have an experienced management system. Under it, our company is becoming more and more successful. We had built a 100K Clean Room for silk screen printing and many advanced manufacturing facilities to ensure our high standard and quality products. In screen printing department, we have 8 semi- automatic printing machines and 2 automatic screen printing machines, 3 IR Ovens and 4 IR tunnels. In project department, we have 2 laser machines, 4 stamping shearing machines, a hydraulic laminating machine, a play terminal machine, 2 embossing key machines, a die-cutting machine and 2 punching machines, 2 ultrasonic hand welders and 2 LED installer. In quality inspection department, there are 5 membrane switch testing computers, 2 big circuit testing machines. 1 whole set Equipment for print 1.30 X 2.30 Meter Electronic Whiteboard Circuit.
