FFOUR M PROPACK PVT. LTD. M Propack Pvt. Ltd. has been recently established considering the growing primary packaging needs of pharmaceutical industry in accordance with the cGMP and FDA norms. Our plant is situated at Village Katha, Baddi with a plot area of 60,000 Sq ft, where presently 15,000 sq ft has been constructed and the balance 45,000 sq ft has been reserved for future expansion.

We have installed the best automation in our manufacturing facility from the receipt of raw material to finished product having present production capacity of 120,000 nos. of PET bottles and 60,000 nos. of HDPE container with HDPE closures per day. Currently we can deliver 100 ml/60 ml PET bottle with 22mm neck finish, HDPE wide mouth round container having 100 cc OFC with 45 mm neck finish and 45 mm Screw cap.

The manufacturing will be done in a controlled atmosphere; the packing is done in ISO 8 (Class 100,000) clean room area. The whole manufacturing process has been designed in a linear way for a minimum cross contamination.

State of the art equipments and instruments from plastic packaging machineries have been chosen for producing the best PET bottles, HDPE Containers and Closures. We can offer products made through;

Four M Propack Pvt. Ltd. will be using only virgin food grade raw material for all molding applications and our cGMP manufacturing environment will ensure our customers 100% traceability.
