Fragakis Family Olive-yard family-owned company in Crete specialised in the production of a premium and limited quantity EVOO. The cultivation of our ideally located, semi-mountainous oliveyard is under Integrated Farm Assurance Food and Safety Standards (Agro 2.1 & 2.2). The quality of the final product drives all of our actions from the cultivation to the bottling and the final distribution to our customers. We are always dedicated to deliver an exceptional EVOO which is fresh, cold-pressed, with acidity lower than 0.35% and always not filtered. The great nutritional value and unique flavour and taste of the product comes from the quality-oriented, dry, and limited production farming.Yield maximisation strategy is clearly out of our interests here. This same process gives every late December a fully natural product which is nothing more than a pure juice of crashed selected olives.
