In 2014  PJSC "Kirovograd mechanical plant" within the prospects of an innovative project implemented reorientation of Konoplyanskaya deposit to delivery high-tonnage products, primarily for the production of agriculture - crops, livestock, poultry, fish farming.
The plant is aimed at the development and implementation of environmentally sound long-acting fertilizer, feed additives and other products used to improve the composition of the soil, decontamination of soil and water from chemical fertilizers, radionuclides and heavy metals, increase yield, a significant increase in the stability of crops to drought - reduce the need for irrigation and in the moisture of 2 or more times.
