Started Trading business 40 years ago i.e. in 1970 of footFusion Import And Exportar items. It is in year 1983 the group established it’s Industry in the name of Himalaya Rubber Plastic Industries, to produce rubber slippers and school shoes under the Brand name “BAGMATI”. The group added one more footwear industry in the name of Bagmati Rubber Udhog in the year 1991 and started producing Rubber slippers in the Brand Name of “Lakhani”, “Relaxo”, and “Ujala” Head office is located at Ram Mandir Line, Butwal and from same place the group is handling entire trading business, however industry is located in Butwal Industrial District (special Industrial zone of Nepal Government), where all basic facilities to run an industry is provided.
