Sam's Electronics Corporation (hereafter referred to as "Sam's") was established in 1979. Sam's is a division of FYD Corporation as electronics business.

Sam's is specialized in manufacturing Car Audio Amplifier, Home Woofer Amplifier and Bus Audio Systems.

Sam's is extending the business area from Car Audio Amplifier as the major business to digital audio & video products. Sam's concentrates on overseas markets, and does business with more than 15 countries from Europe through North America.

Sam's was officially listed as a Prominent Export Company in 1993, and was granted numerous prizes for its outstanding overseas sales starting from 1984 through 2000. Sam's set up a branch factory in China, and a branch office in LA, US Sound technology LLC.
