Our process of manufacture is precise and repetitive offering you extraordinary quality and value. Modern Production Facilities We operate two manufacturing facilities in Waterbury, CT. Both employ the latest in deep draw technology but are unique in their approach and equipment. One plant is fitted with versatile, multi-station transfer presses, the other with high-speed progressive presses. So whatever your product requirements are, we possess two cost effective solutions. Vertical Integration To control cost, quality and to be more responsive, Gem is structured to be fully integrated and self sufficient with complete in-house design, tool fabrication, prototype and production capabilities.
