Gemwaps Co Ltd is a family business that was founded in 1997 and is registered under the Companies act. Its also licensed to export horticultural produce by the Kenyan Horticultural Crops Development Authority (HCDA) GEMWAPS COMPANY LIMITED business activities include purchasing high quality Macadamia nuts from small scale farmers, which are then carefully selected, dried and are sold in shells or as kernels. Currently we sell to middle men who sell our products to the European markets, main market is in Germany. Our main aim is to get direct contact with buyers and sell our products directly in order to maintain quality of products right from our business farms and packaging plant. We intend to increase farm acreage and increase our contacts so at to meet buyers demand and foster growth. Gemwaps Co Ltd has offices in Thika, Kenya and hopes to expand soon.
