Procedure:

1. The LOI includes all the data of the refinery (including the reference number of the refinery) and the company which has the processing agreement (first and last page only). Also Gic Cisd must know how many barrels are free as ?REE REFINING CAPACITY? and if it is necessary to deliver direct to the refinery, the refinery must send us a "REFINERY COMMITMENT LETTER" for the locking of the allocation in their favour.

2. Buyer will check our current allocation the Basra Light Crude Oil.
This will be the next stage we will prepare and send the contract to the buyer / refinery payment condition: RDLC or BG / SBLC and MT103 for each ship note: First priority ZONE is USA & CANADA. The second is EUROPE. Please be also informed that our shipping departments will sign the charter agreements with the buyer to solve all complications regarding the shipping.
