In order to deliver quality products, we have always taken the tech-savvy route. We constantly upgrade our production plants with world-class machineries.
Our most modern process house is ISO: 9001 certified equipped with the latest value adding equipments and machineries. It thus becomes possible for us to handle all types of blended, synthetics and cotton fabrics.
For weaving purposes, Gini uses the most versatile and modern weaving machines-like the state-of-the-art high speed Rapier loom technology from Belgium and the Picanol Rapier loom. These looms are well equipped with a 16-shaft dobby and can weave up to 6 different colour insertions in the weft.
We have also employed world class processing machines like Schriner calendar, paper finish, and mercerizing, carbonizing and singeing machines. Also our 8 colour auto printing machine are capable of printing disperse RL discharge and Vat Discharge, in house studio for screen making.
It is our latest equipment for wrinkle and crush fabrics that help us keep with the promise to deliver the latest trend in fabric variations.
For Designing, Gini has a Suzuki sample warpper its in house studio has CAD to develop designs. We are also equipped with desk looms to take out the actual small handlooms of design developed.
