The core products under the GOLDOLPHIN brand name are the plastic cistern, toilet seat cover, internal fitting and flush valves. These products are designed to be easily installed with the help of the instruction booklet provided in the packaging. The packaging used are carton boxes for easier shipping.All of the products are also manufactured using high quality material such as Polypropylene (PP), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), Polyoxymethylene (POM) and Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE). As part of quality control, all of the products are tested in accordance to MS795:2002 Malaysian Standards & PSB test.

The flushing system used come with a water saving technology which also fulfils the Malaysian government's new regulation.The regulation promotes the use of smaller capacity cisterns and flush valves in all the water closets in new housing, commercial and government building projects. In effort to save money, the Malaysian Government has adopted a new regulation where water saving mechanism such as smaller capacity cisterns and flush valves are compulsory for all the water closets in new project including housing, commercial and government buildings.
Based on the statistics, water consumption for flushing cistern is the biggest source of water usage in the domestic household consumption, a big portion of water is actually wasted when the conventional 9 litres or 11 litres flushing cisterns are being used. Therefore, a substantial amount of water would be saved should a smaller discharge flushing cisterns such as 3 litres, 4.5 litres and 6 litres are to be used.
