Soon, the family was fielding requests for these fine foods from local merchants and restaurateurs. The Gourmet Factory was founded to meet the growing demand for Mediterranean specialties. Today, The Gourmet Factory is a leading importer of olive oil, olives, cheeses, tomaotes, capers, peppers, spices and other European delicacies.
