This is a New Coffe Company with a goal of selling high quality coffee from Yauco, Puerto Rico. The Hacienda Santa Clara was founded by Domingo Mairani , a corsican that came to Puerto Rico in during the mid 1800&＃039;s to establish a coffee farm. This farm produced one of the best coffees in the world exporting most of its production to Europe in th early 1900&＃039;s. Now its been 50 years since the plantation sees production, but that will change this year. The first cupping profiles will be available on September 2008.
