It was founded in August, 1988 and registered in Administration of Industry and Commerce of Guangdong Province, with a status of an independent legal body.
GOETZH is entitled to run and operate, both on its own and on commission, import and export business, also it undertakes such business or service as joint venture, cooperative production, compensation trade, processing with supplied materials or designs, assembling with supplied materials or designs, assembling with supplied parts, storing and shipping, and handling customs declaration.
