Since the year of 2000 the company has invested approx. 400 million RMB in the film production department. Two BOPP production plants and one CPP production plant were built. A series of advanced production facilities were purchased from abroad, including a biaxial oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film production line of 4.2-meter width from DMT S.A. France, a CPP Extrusion Line of 4.2-meter width from Reifenhauser from Germany, two sets of High Vacuum Roll Coating Plant with one 2.1-meter width and the other 2.5-meter width from Leybold Optics, Germany, and two sets of slitters respectively from Valmet-Altas, England and Kampf, Germany. In 2009 a biaxial stretching BOPP high-speed production line of 8.2-meter width from Bruckner, Germany will be formally put into production, which will form a high-tech company specialized in producing biaxial stretching BOPP film, CPP extrusion film and metallized film with an annual production capacity of 50 thousand tons per year (including approx. 10 thousand tons of metallized film per year). The woven bag production department of the company owns 230 sets of High Speed Circular Loom, 8 sets of advanced drawbench production line, 2 sets of complex bag production line, 8-colour copper-plate press and other woven bags related production facilities. The annual output of plastics woven bag, two to three layers complex bag, PE film bag, coloured film bag etc. amounts to 25 thousand tons. As the first woven bags producer in Guangdong Province that has acquired the international quality certificate of ISO 9001:2000, the company has become one of the largest plastics woven bags manufacture.
