Guangzhou Boya Packaging Co., Ltd. was established in 1999. We are a professional manufacturer in plastic tube in China. Our plastic tubes are widely applied in cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, household, personal care and industrial product packaging. There are fourteen automatic manufacturing lines in service, which can ensure the stability of product's quality and can satisfy different requirements from customers. Advanced technology and competitive price have earned Boya Packaging the leading position in plastic tube industry in China. Our annual capacity of production has reached 150 million pieces of tubes since our second producing base was brought into use in 2003 in Shenzhen, Guangdong province. Thanks for the customers' trust, BOYA PACKAGING has been developing rapidly these years. By the end of 2005, our company has achieved the sales of over 100 million pieces of tubes.

With a professional team of mould developing and advanced equipment imported, various kinds of tubes are available in BOYA factories. We can supply customers tubes from extruded mono tube to co-extruded tube (double-layer and five-layer-tube), with types from round shape, oval shape to flat shape, diameters from 16mm to 60mm and fluid capacities from 3ml to 500ml.

As a leading manufacturer in plastic tube field, Boya has been supported by sound technology, such as Injection molding (caps), bi-injection molding, sealing, hot-stamping, labeling, varnishing. We can provide customers with different decoration processes which include offset-printing, silkscreen printing, hot-foil stamping, in-mold labeling, flexographic printing and hot-stamping. The research and mould developing team of BOYA can provide satisfying services according to the different designs from clients, such as special tube heads, nozzles, lip applicators as well as special tail ending, etc.
