Guangzhou Hier I.&E. Co.,Ltd (before is the export department of Guangdong Benbon Eletrical Co.,Ltd) , a sister company of Brilux Industrial Holdings(Hong Kong) Ltd. was founded in1999. With the founder's over 20 years'experience of lighting solutions, Hier specializes in manufacturing and studying residential and Commercial lights,such as Fluorescent tube, Fluorescent lighting fixture, Incandescent lamp, Energy saving lamp, Down light, Ceiling light and led drivers .

Hier has more than 10 independent brands of indoor lighting. Wingelec brand is the top approved by Guangzhou Hier I & E Co., Limited customers. We adhere to the principle of Market-Oriented, large-scale production and all-round service for all of our customers, who often have special requirements, for quality, type, finish, packing, delivery etc.

Mr. Jianxun Wang, president of Hier ,organized the Guangzhou 100 years Chamber of E-commerce with five enterprisers in 2009 and became the Chairman of Chamber which becomes the important cooperator of ALIBABA .

With her good reputation and social relationship, today Hier has 6 production bases in Zhongshan, Shunde, Shenzhen, Jiangmen.

In October 1999, Hier attended Canton Fair for first time, (from then on Hier attends Canton Fair every year by two times)energy saving lamp, fluorescent lighting fixture and magnetic ballast have attracted many buyers and were exported to the Middle East, South Asia and West Africa, etc.
In 2000, our energy saving lamps accessed into Indian market.
In 2001, Huaqiang brand(energy saving lamps) became the largest selling of Chinese brand in India .
In 2002, Hier attended Dubai Fair.
In 2003, Hier attended Poland Euroluce, at the same time, visited West Africa, North Africa ,etc.
In 2004, Brilux Industrial Holdings(Hong Kong) Ltd was established, which promoted the exporting process and provided convenience for attending foreign exhibition.
In 2006, Hier has attended Moscow exhibition and Fluorescent louvre fitting and Magnetic ballast were sold to East Europe by large quantities.
In 2007, Hier invested and established Celma Electrical Co .,Ltd, produced and studied ballast for American market, in the same year attended Hongkong International Lighting Fair and Guangzhou International Lighting Fair.
In 2008, Zhongshan operation centre was established and accessed to LED Commercial lighting. Hier attended Hongkong International Lighting Fair again.
In May, 2009, Hier attended Las Vegas USA lantern show and in December, President Jianxun Wang became the Chairman of Guangzhou 100 years Chamber of E-commerce.
In 2010, Hier visited Pakistan , Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and India, attended Hongkong International Lighting Fair.
In 2011, Hier visited Egypt market, attended Hongkong
International Lighting Fair.
In 2012, Hier visited Chile, Ecuador and Mexico markets, attended Hongkong International Lighting Fair.
In 2013,Hier attended Istanbul LED lighting Fair .
