Qiang Cheng Plastic Co.,Ltd is established since 1993. During the last 20 years manufacturing experience that Guangzhou Qiang Cheng Plastic Manufacturing Co., Ltd. specialised only plastic moulding injection home-decorative small items from money saving box, collection box, photo frame....etc.
Our reputation and credibility is among all mainland China different provinces,cities wholesaler and extending to overseas buyers. We are very proud of our top quality management and production efficiency with emphasis on using world-wide recognised industrial standard such as Intertek, SGC....etc.
All product design, over 200+, are originated and created with design patient certification from China Intellectual Property Right Department.
We have over 20 designers is working on our design studio whom they are working closely with 4 product design engineers. Our product is not ONLY "Form follow the function, but also precisely consider the function follow the form."
Production department is included the moulding team of 8 staffs to work on the craftmanship. To ensure each product moulding is in high accuracy with less tolerance that meet the local and international standard.
Regardless of machinery, we have over 30 plastic moulding injection machines that operate with high efficiency.
Printing Department is responsible all pad print,ink print, film production...etc. Designer works closely to make sure all graphic work is in accuracy after framing is produced.
Our plastic materials are mainly from PP/PS/AS/ABS/Hips that meet the environmental international standard.
We also have a defect-to-recycle department that use all not QC passed product or semi-product recycle.
Stocking department has a precise workflow that make sure all materials from raw materials, packing cartoon box, printed paper...etc are in good status that ready for production use.
QC department is one of the most important final stop that make sure products are in excellent conditions from minor stretch on product surfaces to deformation of the shape to oil,dusk,dirt stick on.
Packing department make sure all product packing is in good condition without missing any product and accessories attached.
Our factory has a fully-equipped logistic team that having 4 trucks and 2 vans that serve the busy transportation from factory to port or to customer logistic delivery stop.
ERP system implementation that make sure "SAVE-TIME" electronic management is achieved to save time and manpower with "Just-on-Time" delivery.
