Guardline started in the late 60's manufacturing the overshoe under a patent mainly for Hospitals. In the 80's and to the present day, Guardline Technology continually sourcing and adding to our portfolio of specialist products to give the most comprehensive range of products currently available from a single source.
Guardline have a wide range of expertise in the electronic industry supplying blue chip customers including; Disk Drive Services, Silicon Wafer; Semiconductor; Disk Drive and PCB manufacturers.
Guardline has grown to become Europe's premier single source of Cleanroom consumables and services-with over 20% of our product lines being manufactured at our 2000m2 Head Office site in Thetford, Norfolk
Guardline supplies a complete range of Cleanroom consumables and services; from wipes, gloves and disinfection through to complete turnkey installations. JIT distribution and consignment stock systems are now offered as standard to Cleanrooms and controlled areas worldwide.
Guardline Cleanroom Laundry Service is a market leader in providing a full range of options to the cleanroom garment user. Processing programs for environments where control of particulate and ESD is vital. In-stock Garment programs allow for easy installation; Smart Bar-coded Garment System allows complete traceability of garment history from installation to repair and usage analysis; Scheduled Service Reviews, we respond quickly if there is need for improvement and favour a pro-active approach; De-ionised water system used in full washing programs; Gamma Irradiation Service available; ASTM Certificate of Particle Conformity with ech consignment; Full rental or Process only Systems; NHS approved supplier.
