The plant buildings are designed as per the international cosmetic GMP standard, equipped with large imported production and test equipment, including latest-generation 500kg emulsifier, full automatic washing bottle machine, full automatic sealer. The plant complies strictly with refined production management in every detail of production from the procurement and inspection of raw materials to the packaging and storage of finished products; from the R&D of new formulas to the commissioning of new products; from vacuum emulsification to paste sub-packaging. Meanwhile, the plant practices the advanced ERP management system, enabling the production department to deliver OEM orders from worldwide timely and efficiently. Our R&D efforts are backed by the core technology from the Research Center of the Chinese Immunity Society.
