Haiceng Xinyuan Mining Industry Co.,Ltd,is located in Haicheng city, Liaoing province of China, which is known to the world as ???e home of talc???the traffic is very convenient to Bayuquan port and Dalian port. It was set up in 1997,include Haicheng Haizhou Hongrui Talc Plant, Hongrui Mine and Hongrui Carving Plant, has mine ore with greatest quality & high whiteness & lower impurities about 3 square kilometers, warehouses about thirty thousand square kilometers, workshops about twenty thousand square kilometers, three sets of equipments with advanced techniques; the yearly capacity for ore is about one hundred-fifty thousand tons, the production capacity for talc powder is about seventy thousand tons ,the size is from 200 mesh to 3000 mesh.
