Since its founding from the spin-off system in KEPCO (Korea Electric PoHanbit EDS Co., Ltd.r Corporation) in 1999, Hanbit EDS Co., LTD has been proceeding in developing and marketing the monitor/diagnosis-systems for power equipments as its main business field. Targeting world-class technology, we are now winning the recognition from public inside and outside of the country, in its technologies and products.

We are striving in research and development to realize the vision of "world-best technologies and products", under the motto of the company : "Earnestness, Sincerity, Creativity". Ceaseless researches and developments have resulted in the company to be highly rated in its technology in diagnosis of lightning arresters, and to succeed in the developing of world-first "On-power-service Grounding resistance meter", with the support of MOCIE (Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy, Korea), getting its quality/performance and the technology proved.

Already, lightning arrester diagnosis system, grounding diagnosis system, substation diagnosis system, and surge capture system, etc are appreciated and drawing good business results. As a new business area, we're developing constant voltage equipment, sag compensation equipment, UPS, applying inverter/converter, for 2 years. And general-purpose / high-performance inverter is to be developed by 2006. We wish to grow the company to contribute to the country and dedicate to the society, by its world-wide business area and quality products.
