Hangzhou Jingda Electronic Co., Ltd. high-tech enterprise which has engaged in development, manufacture, sale and service of kwh meter test equipment and intelligent water meters ever since 1994. We have passed ISO9001 certification. We specialize in the production of single and three phase electric energy meter test equipment / calibration / calibrators, portable calibrators, single and three phase standard meters, multifunction energy meters and IC card prepaid water meters. After 10 years of hard work, our group has grown up strongly and quickly and we now have nearly 500 employees and our sales amount reaches USD5 million every year.

We have developed and manufactured PS-60 and PW-300 wide-range standard watt-hour meter series together with all kinds of calibration equipment. In 1999, we developed the PD-20 series on-site calibrator for watt-hour meter, which filled in a gap in our country and won the gold award for "excellent new product" in the 12th National Invention Exhibition. We are a company who made the national standard of GB11150-2000 calibration device for watt-hour meters. Recently the newest multifunction three-phase energy meter (class 0.2, 0.5) was developed and produced. Through years' development, our company has established certain reputation in the field of energy meter testing.

The IC card prepaid water meter was designed, developed and manufactured all by ourselves. Cold water meters, hot water meters, large caliber water meters and purified water meters are available. In the field of prepaid water meter and valve, our company is awarded "science and technology harvest" by National Construction Ministry. The water meter has passed the test according to ISO4046 standard. Our annual output capacity is more than 100,000 units.

Our products have been exported to Southeast Asia, West Asia, Middle East, Africa, Indian, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Korea, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Bulgaria and Ghana. The test equipment exported to Russia acquired the gold prize in 2003. All of our products are warmly accepted by our customers.
