Our products range from rail transportation, engineering machinery, automobile trucks, agricultural machinery parts, construction, valve, electrical, hardware tools and other industries. Our annual output reaches more than 1,900 tons of various precision castings and finished products, which are mainly exported to Italy, France, Canada, the United States , Korea and etc. Five of our cooperation customers are from world's top five hundred enterprises. Junna has become their key supplier in China.
The parent company- Jiaxing Wangjiangjing Jinqiao Casting Factory was established in 1978, located in the beautiful scenery village named Shuangqiao in Jiaxing Wangjiangjing Town, next to the Wangjiangjing Exit of Sheng-Jia-Hu Highway. The transportation is very convenient. The factory has a long history of casting, strong product development capabilities, deep and superb machining technology as well. Jinqiao possesses 3,000m2 of medium frequency furnace casting workshop, 4,000m2 of cupola furnace casting workshop, 3,000 m2 of machinery processing workshop, with more than 100 employees, including over 10 professional and technical personnel. The factory's casting production lines and heat treatment equipments are energy saving; its CNC processing machines are in state-of-art; it has the most advanced testing devices: spectrum analyzer, metallurgical microscope, tensile tester, low temperature impact testing machine, X-ray detector, magnetic particle inspection machine, ultrasonic flaw detector, CMM machine. Jinqiao is familiar with GB Standard, American Standard ASTM, AISI, German standard DIN, French standard NF, Japanese standard JIS, British Standard BS, Australian Standard AS, American Railroads (AAR) and many other standards specified by each country. In this way, we are able to ensure the customers' satisfactory in physical and chemical properties of raw materials, non-destructive tests, high-precision geometry testing requirements, providing the finished products in high precision.
