1. Introduction

HappyChem brand efficient fire-proof masterbatch chooses quality & efficient flame-retardant and goes through unique compounding. It's not only of reliable fire-resistance, but also has sound dispersion performance and consistency with matrix resin. It is respectively applicable for PE, HIPS EPS, ABS, etc resin.

2.Main technical index

1) Outer appearance Equal in particle diameter, colour & lustre
2) Fire-resistance V-0, V-1,V-2, HB levels
3) Movability-proofness: equal or higher than Level 4

3. Mixture proportion & method:
An even mixture of flame retardant masterbatch and raw material resin in the proportion of 1:4 to 1:10 (decided by fire-proof requirements and resin variety), then dry it off for immediate use.
