    Approved by the China Metrology Accreditation Board(CMA), HCT is
authorized to issue certificates for the testing data. The laboratory hardware of
HCT are built according to the China National Accreditation Service for
Conformity Assessment(CNAS), and managed under the ISO/IEC 17025:2005
