Hebei Grande Precision Machinery Co., LTD is located in Huanghua, Cangzhou, Hebei province. It is near Bohai sea in the east, Tianjin in the north, and it is 240 kilometers away from Beijing, 120 from Tianjin. It is in the "ring of bohai sea, around Beijing and Tianjin", of "double loop" hub zone and the centre of the northeast Asian economic circle. The transportation is convenient, close to the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and the Beijing-Kowloon railway, relying on Tianjin port and Huanghua port. Grande introduces silicon sol lost wax casting technology, using advanced casting production equipment, high precision CNC machine tools, machining center and spectrometer, metallurgical microscope, hardness tester, universal material testing machine, three coordinate and other testing equipment. According to GB, ASTM, ASNI, BS, DIN, JIS and other standards, Hebei Grande Precision Machinery Co., Ltd mainly produces stainless steel, carbon steel, heat resistant steel, alloy steel precision castings etc. and machining finished parts. Grande has the complete production line from mold designing, casting, and machining, meanwhile, it has strong technology research and development ability, can satisfy customer’s specific technical requirements such as deep hole, complex cavity, accurate positioning, etc.
Grande passed the TUV ISO9001 quality system certification and PED certification in 2007, obtained the special equipment manufacturing license in 2010, and in 2011 passed TUV company's TS16949 quality system certification. Now is preparing for ISO14001 certification.
