We have our own Frame & fork plant(tube cutting - tube checking - mold adjustment - spot welding - assembling checking - full welding - inspection)?Painting plant(phosphated - frame inspection ? painting - sticker application - clear coating - final inspection)?Assembling plant(accessories inspection ? assembling - testing & inspection - packing). And our factory posses the best quipment in this range, our painting equipment is from Japan, and we have two 2000meters Air Storage Line for assembling plant.
