Established in Oct. 6th 2006, Hebei Tangyin Iron And Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tang Yin) is a large-scale iron & steel enterprise jointly invested by Hebei Iron & Steel Group, Tangshan Co., Ltd. and Hebei Yinshui Industrial Group Co., Ltd., with the design production capacity of 3 million tons and the total investment of 4.2 billion RMB, of which Steelman's investment ratio is 51% while Yinshui's is 49%.

Our company has a set of sintering, iron-making, steel-making, continuous casting, rolling and corresponding supporting and auxiliary facilities in the integration of modern technology and equipment. More than 50% of the main equipment has reached a domestic advanced level, and the blast furnace, converter and rolling mill production lines reach modernization and large-scale.

In March 2012, our company, in order to actively respond to the macroeconomic policy of adjusting the economic structure and improving the technological level of equipment manufacturing, we started to build the two projects of welding wires and steel wheels in Kaiping Modern Equipment Industrial Park.

Welding Wire: The project includes 18 coursing drawing production lines, 44 fine drawing production lines, 6 concentrated copper plating production lines, 60 sets of winding machines, 1 fully automatic packing machine and etc. The design annual capacity reaches 90,000 tons of Co2 gas shielded welding wires and 10,000 tons of submerged arc welding wires. Our company introduces production lines at international advanced level, with such advantages as reasonable layout, high equipment level, high degree of automation and good product quality. In the near future, our company will become a large domestic professional welding wire production base.

Steel Wheel: The production line of the first phase includes 3 production lines of 15 degree DC tubeless series, 5 production lines of equal strength and unequal thickness spinning spokes from German technology, as well as one spraying decoration line and one plate pretreatment line. The painting decoration line is the domestic large production capacity in single line of tubeless steel wheel. There are a lot of the most advanced professional spraying and carrying robots, which not only have the features of high degree of automation, large capacity, high efficiency, good quality of spraying, but also can greatly improve the working environment and reduce the stuff input. The first phase of project has put into production in October 2013. When fully putting into production, it will form the annual production capacity of 2.6 million sets. At present, we are working with the US Wheel Group Corporation (AWG) to discuss the introduction of fully automated high-strength lightweight tubeless wheel production lines, with an annual output of 2 million sets of production capacity. By then our company will be the largest in North China, the domestic first-rate steel wheel production base.
