In december 1998 Hebei textiles I/e corp. Ltd. Was established through stockrization incorporating shares from Hebei textiles I/e(group)corp. Who acts as the major shareholder and other legal enterprises and communities, controlling 7 limited companies. The corporation aslo holds 5 subordinate companies,4 overseas enterprises, and 15 joint ventures and cooperative enterprises.

The corporation has a staff of experienced and specialized personnel on the trading, managing and shipping of international business, offering customers with full service.
The business scope is mainly export of raw cotton, cotton, t/c, spun rayon, silk yarns and fabrics in grey, bleached, dyed, printed, yarn-dyed and knitted;garments and other ready-made products ; import of textile materials, machinery and equipments and other commodities. The corporation also develops export of further processed textiles, mechanical and electronical products and other non-textile products, undertaking joint ventures and flexible trades including processing with supplied material, technical trade, barter trade and compensation trade.
