HelonTex Co., Ltd . HelonTex Co., Ltd group which is the biggest viscose fiber producer in China. Our regular type fiber include viscose fiber and flame retardant fiber. Our special fiber include bamboo fiber, jute viscose fiber and modal fiber. For our spinning unit, except viscose yarn, we produce specail yarns, such as Tencel yarn, Bamboo yarn, Modal yarn, jute viscose yarn. Our production capacity is 20, 000MT/Month. For bamboo fiber, we produce 30, 000MT/Year, Jute viscose fiber is20, 000 MT/Year. We have 60, 000 ring-spun spindle, 80, 000 for compact-spun. Meanwhile, we have 8 set Muretac VORTEX spinning machinery. We can produce bamboo fiber and jute viscose fiber 1.4D*38mm, 1.2D*38mm. Bamboo Yarn from Ne8 to Ne 60, 100% bamboo and bamobo/cotton blended yarn. Our regular count is NE16, 21 , 32 and NE40. We can supply Ring-Spun, Compact-Spun, MVS Vortex and Siro-spun yarn. We have a stable production for 1000MT bamboo yarn per month.
