(“Haixin” for short) is located in Da’an Industrial Park, Ruyang County, Luoyang City, adjacent to Luoyang Longhao Glass Co., Ltd. in the north, Yituo Tianze Gas Co., Ltd. in the Henan Haixin Blankets Textile Co., Ltd.st, and Nanluo Expressway in the south, with a floor space of 156 mu. Haixin was founded on October 9, 2009, with a registered capital of 15.19 million yuan, and Zhao Xiaoyong as its legal representative. Haixin was recorded by the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission on October 19, 2009, and approved by Luoyang Municipal Environment Protection Bureau on January 25, 2010.
