The original company was founded in Schramberg by Karl Hettich in 1888. In 1930, a branch was established in the heart of the east Hettich Korea Co., Ltdstphalian furniture industry. In 1966, the company moved to Kirchlengern, today the company headquarters. The majority of the company is family-owned.
Under the Hettich International trademark, the company has evolved into a widely diversified industrial enterprise which has earned a reputation for quality, innovation and customer orientation.
