Price is subject to change without notice, unless a contract is registered with the seller.
Min Order Qty : 30,000MT x 12 months
Origins: South Africa, Central Europe, North Africa, etc.
Price : Net to end buyer. CIF, ASWP
Commission allow max. is US$6.00 you and I share 50/50 each of the amount added over the net price.
Payment : Unconditional, irrevocable, non-transferable, confirmed,  (DLC)documentary Letter of Credit payable 100% at sight .
Performance Bond-- Seller issues a 2% Corporate PB against the L/C.
Upon receipt of the signed and sealed LOI + BCL with soft probe authorization of the End buyer,
the Sales Contract is sent for you review.

Both of us must sign the NCNDA/FPA for the start.
