QC/Technical Support
All QC inspectors are trained for 3 months before being allowed to start QC. Strict inspection would be conducted from acquiring raw material to finishing the products and completing packaging. Every production line are under inspection by professional QCs who will conduct piece by piece inspection

Sample Availability & Policy
For existing product samples, they are available for free. For customized items, customers are to shoulder the set up cost. Delivery is on collect basis.

After Sales Service
we follow up on customer feedback and suggestion after delivery in order to improve our services. Our salespersons will keep in touch with customers and help resolve any problem.
