IntroductionEstablished in 1977, Himachal Pharmaceuticals Industries is engaged in manufacture of Calcium Sennoside A+B 5% to 60% USP/BP, Berberine Hydrochloride, Berberine Sulphate, Methoxsalen BP, 6 DPA (Dehydro Pregnenlone Acetate), 10 DAB and Podophyllum Toxin/Resin/BP. The company made a successful foray into export as it exported Berberine HCL to M/s Alps Pharmaceuticals Industries Co. Ltd. Tokyo (Japan). Punjab Govt took note of the feat and bestoHimachal phytochemicald State Export Award and Productivity award in 1991 and 1992 on Himachal Pharmaceuticals Industries. Over the years Himachal Pharmaceutical Industries has grown both in fame and stature as an organization. Presently Himachal Pharmaceuticals Industries has two state of the art factories in the name of Himachal Phytochemicals G.T Road, Libra-Khurana Dist. Ludhiana.
