IT IS AGREED AS FOLOWS:Procedure of Transaction:1) The Provider?s Bank, shall send via MT110 SWIFT to Beneficiary to confirm availability of funds to back the Bank Draft and shall block the Bank Draft in favor of the Beneficiary?s account for a period of One (1) Year and One (1) day. An electronic scanned copy of the MT110 SWIFT is sent via email to the Beneficiary, Cxxxxxxxx Invest.2) Beneficiary bank will approve the swift and shall issue a bank Endorsed Corporate Guarantee confirming payment.3) On Receiving Original Copy of Corporate guarantee, the Provider will send The original Bank Draft to beneficiary Bank in by Secure bank to bank bonded cHlfinancial Investmentier.4) The Bank Draft is deposited in the account of beneficiary and a copy of the deposit slip is sent by email to the Provider.5) The Receiver shall instruct his bank to check, verify and confirm the legitimacy of the BARCLAYS Bank Draft when all due diligence passed the Receiver arrange payment as agreed in 3 banking days from time of receipt and confirmation the MT110 swift confirmation and then pay via MT103, a total of 52% of face value of which 50% will be paid to the Provider?s nominated bank account and 2% to mediators / mandates according their nominated bank accounts for as commissions, in accordance with timelines provided in this agreement of this Barclays Bank Draft to banking coordinates designated by the Provider6) Receiver is not obliged to return the Bank Draft to its owner on maturity interested organization should contact harryallatyahooDOTCA
