Company Description

I am a Religious Sister working alone from my home. I have been writing Icons since 1997. All my icons are a work of prayer written in the traditional manner that has been handed down for over a thousand years. I use wood which has been sized, covered with linen fabric, coated in ten layers of gesso. I use 24k gold or silver which is burnished and sometimes decorated. Only traditional natural pigments mixed with egg yoke and vinegar are used. I have had two exibitions in Ireland in 2008.
