Company Description

HTT company was founded in 1992 and specializes in design and production of cutting tools with special requirements. Main field of application for HTT srl tools is aerospace and automotive industry.
HTT offers resharpening service of cutting tools through Centro Affilatura, its production unit. Specialized in solid carbide cutting tools, HTT keeps a high quality standard in production and improves constantly the product range with new patented articles.
We have recently obtained the international patent for the Slick twist drill.
It is a special micro grain solid carbide twist drill designed to drill into exotic materials (like Titanium / Aluminum alloys TI/CFRP AL/TI/AL Sandwich packages) without leaving any burs on the surface. This HTT drilling technique makes it possible to drill Sandwich packages in just one operation, thus allowing a incredible improvement of production time and product quality.
Htt has a program of both standard and special products. The cutters made out of micrograin solid carbide present special cutting geometries and the innovative coating AUDIP CVP SS 6000 confers great wear resistance. HTT specializes in high speed cutting with products designed for special materials: light alloys, aluminum, graphite, cermet and tempered steels.
