INFORM RACK specializes in the design, manufacture, installation and debugging of automated high-rise warehouse racking; industrial storage racking and building material and supermarket racking. INFORM have 3 manufacture bases, 1 technical center. There are 500 employees and 22, 000 square meter manufacturing and warehousing space. With annual racking production of about 30, 000 tons, our company has reached RMB 380 million in annual contract production. Our production capacity and market share enables us to be one of the biggest racking manufacture in China. We use high quality materials provided by Shanghai Baosteel Group(the biggest steel factory in China), have advanced GMAR auto electrostatic powder painting line imported from Switzerland and 2 pre-treatment cleaning system, which can spray-paint profiled bars up to 14 meters. It has over 10 automated roll-formed lines(made with German technology), 1 multi-function formed line, 3 steel belt automatic successive punch line, 14 C02 welding lines with gas protection and ABB welding robots. INFORM products have won “CHINA TOP BRAND”, we are the first company to win this honor. Moreover, the company has developed the complete quality system and product testing methods.
