Our process applies continuous bonded weld metal liner to mild steel piping. In many cases it can eliminate the need to purchase expensive stainless or chromium piping to combat corrosive, abrasive, or foaming wear to pipelines. Innercore Welding can overlay piping up to 20 foot lengths on diameters down to 12 inch. With our equipment, the cameras are mounted to the welding head recording the entire weld progression giving the Quality Control Department the opportunity to inspect the completed product.
